What is your return policy?
Custom and personalized orders can not be returned. If you do not love your other products, contact us and we can chat! We accept unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If your items have arrived to you damaged, please let us know and we will send out a replacement.

When will my order arrive?
We offer many custom products at Punch of Color, and our processing time fluctuates between 1 and 5 days, depending on the season. Typically orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard-shipped orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-10 business days after postmarked.

Are your products available for wholesale purchase?
Yes, we currently sell wholesale through Faire. 

Can I customize the text on your party favor kits?
If an item can be customized, there will be a box indicating so, otherwise the item will be sent as seen in the product photos.

I have a party theme I don't see a party for, do you create custom orders?
Yes, we do! Please contact us to chat. 

What is your shipping price?
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $35! Otherwise, you will be able to see your shipping calculation at checkout.
